Weekly transport service of containers, vehicles, machinery and heavy cargo between the Portuguese Continent and the Autonomous Region of Madeira, with direct calls at the ports of Leixões, Lisbon and Caniçal.

GUIVER LINE

 Operating three ships on this line, Portline assures the transport of all kinds of containers (dry bulk, reefers,etc.), vehicles and machinery, linking Far East, South America, Northern Europe, Le Havre, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Las Palmas, Cape Verde, Guinea-Conakry and Guinea-Bissau.

The maintenance of a highly regular call schedule at African ports, even under very adverse conditions, allowed Portline to successfully manage to evacuate 2.500 foreign residents from Guinea/Bissau during the Civil War that ravaged the country in June 1998.

BRAVER LINE

 In addition to the service offered by Guiver Line for South America, Portline started up a new dedicated service between Brazil (Santos and Fortaleza) and Cape Verde.

This regular service, for containerised and conventional cargoes has excellent "transit time" from Santos and Fortaleza to Cape Verde ports.
